  • HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE?
    We have flat rates for our most commonly requested services. Please check the respective service pages or FAQs to understand the pricing for each service. For projects with unique requirements, we can suggest a custom quote that will encompass all of your needs post our initial discussion.
  • WHAT IS THE TURNAROUND TIME? CAN YOU PROVIDE A FASTER TURNAROUND FOR URGENT PROJECTS?
    Our timelines are determined based on the service opted. Please check the respective service FAQs to understand the timelines for each service. We will be able to discuss a more concrete time frame during our initial consultation.
  • WHAT AM I RESPONSIBLE FOR?
    For starters, you will need to brief your requirements in a design consultation call. For corporate design services, you will need to fill out the branding questionnaire that will help us discover more about your brand. Our ability to complete a project also hinges largely on your response time. We rely on your feedback to create a great piece of work, so the sooner you respond to us, the faster we can move forward.
  • HOW DO PAYMENTS WORK?
    Payments may be made via major Credit/Debit cards, Internet Banking or UPI. All design package payments are due in two parts, a 60% non-refundable deposit at the beginning of the process, and the rest once the final design has been approved and before we deliver any final files.
  • WHAT HAPPENS IF I’M NOT SATISFIED?
    We want you to be confident in your choice to work with us. It is our goal to design products that you are completely in love with. That’s why we take extra care to make sure you are satisfied throughout the process. The first step of our process is to have a design consultation call to make sure the partnership is a good fit. We want to make sure that your vision is something we can create for you. If it is not in our wheelhouse, we will let you know right away. Once designs are started, we offer 2 rounds of revisions with all our services where the feedback and issues are ironed out. However, we do not offer refunds due to the nature of the business. 100% of our clients have been happy with our work and we have had a good track record so far.
  • HOW IS YOUR PRICING CALCULATED?
    We provide 2 design packages for startups priced at ₹20,000 and ₹35,000. See details here.
  • WHAT IS THE TURNAROUND TIME? CAN YOU PROVIDE A FASTER TURNAROUND FOR URGENT REQUESTS?
    Our typical turnaround time is 3 weeks for the Essential service and 6 weeks for the Growth service In case of tighter deadlines, we will address it on a case-by-case basis. We will try our best to accommodate and meet your deadline. In any case, we will let you know what to expect during our initial discussion.
  • HOW MANY REVISIONS DO YOU ACCOMMODATE? CAN I AMEND MY ORDER ONCE COMPLETED?
    We offer up to 2 rounds of revisions with all our services where all the feedback and issues are ironed out. Further revisions will be billed.

  • HOW IS YOUR PRICING CALCULATED?
    Our pricing is transparent and determined on a per-side basis and the service opted (See details on our Redesign, Rewrite, Recreate services here). We will communicate the price to you before we start working on the slides.
  • WHAT IS THE TURNAROUND TIME? CAN YOU PROVIDE A FASTER TURNAROUND FOR URGENT PROJECTS?
    Our typical turnaround time is 48 hours for 10 slides. In case of a higher volume of work or tighter deadlines, we will address it on a case-by-case basis. We will try our best to accommodate and meet your deadline. In any case, we will let you know what to expect during our initial discussion.
  • I HAVE A WHITEBOARD DRAWING. CAN YOU CONVERT IT TO A SLIDE?
    Yes. We have years of experience doing this. Our Recreate service is especially created for such needs.
  • CAN YOU HELP US WRITE THE CONTENT FROM SCRATCH?
    Yes & No. Essentially, we would need at least a basic outline to begin with. It can be in the form of a draft deck, reference document, or even a vague whiteboard drawing. We work with you to hone your message and drill down the key points that matters to your audience. However, we do not create the full content from scratch.
  • CAN WE GET A FEW SLIDES DESIGNED FOR FREE SO THAT WE CAN ASSESS THE QUALITY OF YOUR WORK?
    We do not offer free trial. 100% of our clients have been happy with our work and we have had a good track record so far. We offer up to 2 rounds of revisions with all our services where the feedback and issues are ironed out.
  • HOW MANY REVISIONS DO YOU ACCOMMODATE?

  • WILL I HAVE A DEDICATED PERSON WHOM I CAN REACH OUT TO TO PROVIDE INSTRUCTIONS?
    Yes, we assign a Primary Point of Contact (POC) for all our customers. You can communicate directly with the POC assigned to you.
  • HOW ARE YOU ABLE TO DESIGN WITH OUR COMPANY'S BRAND?
    If you have any brand guidelines, we ask you to provide them early on in the process so that we can familiarize ourselves not only with your logos, colors, and fonts, but the overarching brand tone.
  • I WANT AN ANIMATED PRESENTATION. CAN YOU PROVIDE SOMETHING THAT IS MORE INTERACTIVE?
    Our PowerPoint design team focuses on formatting, typesetting and polishing rough slides. While we can provide an animated presentation, there are limitations to what presentation software can do in terms of animating text or objects. We are always honest with you about what to expect in terms of the animation you may desire.
  • WE HAVE HIGHLY SENSITIVE INFORMATION. WILL MY DATA REMAIN CONFIDENTIAL?
    Absolutely—we respect the proprietary nature of businesses, and enforce a strict confidentiality policy company-wide. From the first point of contact with you, we assume a non-disclosure agreement (NDA); we are happy to sign your company's NDA as well.
  • ASIDE FROM POWERPOINT, DO YOU WORK IN GOOGLE SLIDES? KEYNOTE? PREZI?"
    We prefer designing presentations in Powerpoint due to its robust features that let us create advanced designs.
  • DO YOU PROVIDE FORMATTING AND DESIGN SERVICES FOR PROJECTS WHICH ARE NOT IN ENGLISH?
    While we are not proficient in languages other than English, we can still do a respectable job of formatting. Our customers give us detailed instructions and explanations of the projects to make it easy for us to understand the objective of the project. Based on the instructions/ translation you provide, we will be able to handle your design requirements.
  • CAN YOU BUILD ME A TEMPLATE THAT I CAN USE FOR FURTHER PRESENTATIONS?
    Of course we can. However, as a presentation template is fully editable and we have no restrictions how many times it can be re-used, we charge a higher rate which takes this into consideration. Every template comes with our helpful presentation template guide making sure that even novice users of presentation software can use and edit the template easily.
  • HOW DO I SEND YOU WORK?
    You can reach us with your needs through phone, email or the contact form on our site. Our customers usually send their decks to us through email along with their instructions. You could include your instructions as notes in the slides. For larger assets, we recommend file transfer services such as Dropbox, OneDrive and Wetransfers.
  • CAN I MAKE EDITS AS YOU'RE WORKING?
    If you direct us to work on an entire file, we hold the master until it is sent back to you. If you need to make changes to your copy, we recommend tracking changes – so you can easily fold in your incremental edits to the master document we deliver back. Alternatively, if you want to hold the master and continue making edits to it while we are working, you may instruct us to only work on and send back specific slides.
  • HOW IS YOUR PRICING CALCULATED?
    We charge ₹750 for basic digital doodles and ₹1,500 for epic digital doodles. See details here. For doodling on products, we will additionally charge you the cost of the product and delivery. We will communicate the net price to you before we start working on the doodles.
  • WHAT IS THE TURNAROUND TIME? CAN YOU PROVIDE A FASTER TURNAROUND FOR URGENT REQUESTS?
    Our typical turnaround time is 2 days for a digital doodle. Doodling on products might take around 1-2 weeks for the product to be delivered to your doorstep. In case of tighter deadlines, we will address it on a case-by-case basis. We will try our best to accommodate and meet your deadline. In any case, we will let you know what to expect during our initial discussion.
  • WHAT WILL BE THE FINAL DELIVERABLE?
    You can choose to get your doodle as a digital image or on a product of your choice.
  • DO YOU HAVE A LIST OF STANDARD PRODUCTS THAT YOU DOODLE ON?
    Based on your idea, we will suggest a list of products that you can get your doodle on. We prefer to purchase the products ourselves and personalize it. However, if you have any special requests to personalize a product you own, we would be glad to address it on a case-by-case basis
  • WHAT'S THE PROCESS FOR GETTING A DIGITAL DOODLE?
    Once you let us know your idea to be doodled, we will evaluate the possibility and provide you with final cost and time estimates. We will then create a pencil sketch on which you can provide your feedback. After finalizing the pencil sketch, our talented artists will doodle the design with ink. We will send you a work-in-progress photograph of the final doodle on which you may suggest minor additions. We'll mail the final doodle to you once done.
  • WHAT IS THE PROCESS FOR DOODLING ON A PRODUCT?
    Once you let us know the specific product on which you would like your idea to be doodled, we will evaluate the possibility and provide you with final cost and time estimates. We will then create a pencil sketch on which you can provide your feedback. After finalizing the pencil sketch, our talented artists will doodle the design directly on the product with ink. We will send you a work-in-progress photograph of the final doodle on which you may suggest minor additions. We'll ship the final product to you once done.
  • HOW MANY REVISIONS DO YOU ACCOMMODATE? CAN I AMEND MY ORDER ONCE COMPLETED?
    We offer up to 2 rounds of revisions with all our services. We will initially provide a pencil sketch on which you can provide your feedback. This is the 1st round of revision. Once finalized, our talented artists will doodle the final design with ink. We will send you a work-in-progress photograph of the final doodle on which you may suggest minor additions. This is the 2nd round of revision. Due to the nature of the service, we will not be able to edit the final doodle but only add to what has already been doodled. Therefore, it is important that you provide all major feedback during the 1st revision.
