Cancellation/Refund Policy

Our presentations, digital doodle art, and graphic design documents are downloadable files and no physical products will be shipped to you.  All custom design package payments are due in two parts, a 60% non-refundable deposit at the beginning of the process, and the rest once the final design has been approved and before we deliver any final files.

We want you to be confident in your choice to work with us. It is our goal to design products that you are completely in love with. That’s why we take extra care to make sure you are satisfied throughout the process. The first step of our process is to have a design consultation call to make sure the partnership is a good fit. We want to make sure that your vision is something we can create for you. If it is not in our wheelhouse, we will let you know right away. Once designs are started, we offer 2 rounds of revisions with all our services where the feedback and issues are ironed out. However, due to the nature of the business, no claims for refund shall be entertained under any circumstances, irrespective of the grounds on which the refund is claimed once the fees/payment has been made to Pixupid.
